In celebration of its Flavor Forecast 25th Edition, McCormick is hosting a Flavor Night Market in partnership with Smorgasburg Miami. Come experience the Flavor of the Year – Aji Amarillo – a pepper native to South America featuring fruity, tropical notes with moderate heat.

The Flavor Night Market will feature 35 vendors serving up creative dishes and drinks inspired by Aji Amarillo. You can also enjoy games, music, and a McCormick pop-up shop where Aji Amarillo Seasoning and other merch will be available for purchase. This is gonna be🌶️.
